Position Summary The Director of Shining Stars Preschool & MDO oversees all daily operations of the program, ensuring a safe, nurturing, faith-based learning environment for children ages 1–4. The Director provides leadership to staff, maintains positive relationships with families, ensures compliance with state and church policies, and upholds the mission and values of Morningstar Methodist Church.
