Team Guatemala

Morningstar Methodist Church has been active in Guatemala since 2013. Pastor Mark has assisted in training over 65 pastors and has led teams to assist in feeding ministry, prayer ministry, hospital ministry, school ministry, wood stove ministry, and praying for and witnessing to all those in need. Pastor Mark continues to lead training seminars for the pastors there each Fall. Our most recent endeavor has helped establish a hospital for special needs children in a village near Chiquimula.

Zambia - Pastor Siwowa Tonga

Morningstar is now planting their second “New Church Start” in Zambia in partnership with Gospelink ministries. Our planting pastor partner is Pastor Siwowa Tonga. Zambia is in the southern part of Africa with an estimated population of more than 17 million people. It is home to many different groups speaking more than 72 languages/dialects. Pastor Siwowa is in mission to a remote village where people are hungry for the Word of God.
